Find Nutritious Food at Disney

Look for a pair of mouse ears with a check mark inside of it to determine whether what you are about to order is healthy or junk. The Mickey Check has debuted at the Be Our Guest Restaurant and will make its way to Disney food products, recipes on http://www.family.com and http://www.disney.com as well as menus at Disney theme parks and resorts.

Criteria:

Kids meal must include three or more approved food groups and other meals must include two or more approved food groups.

First ingredient in sandwich bread must be whole grain.

Milk must be one percent or fat-free.

Juice must be 100% pure juice with added sugar only be allowed in cranberry juice (up to five grams per serving).
