Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Arrives at Magic Kingdom

On select nights from now until October 31st, visitors to Magic Kingdom can enjoy Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for an additional cost, around $55 - $75 depending on age and day.

Trick-or-treat and receive candy at various locations around the theme park. Guests will also see Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade, a fireworks show, and Disney characters in Halloween costumes.

Disneyland also celebrates with Mickey's Halloween Party for those interested in trick-or-treating at Disneyland.

Halloween Time Now at Disneyland Resort

Are you ready for Halloween? Or just ready to see some Halloween decorations? The Halloween season has arrived at Disneyland. Visit from now until October 31st and you will see Halloween decorations, Mickey and friends in their Halloween costumes, and some Disney villains.

Princess Half Marathon Price Increases September 26

Are you even thinking about running the Disney Princess Half Marathon this year? Sign up before the 26th to avoid the price increase.

It's Disney's 5th anniversary of this race so that's something to celebrate right there.

The run is 13.1 miles long and a little over half full. Participants will run by Spaceship Earth at Epcot and through Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom.

Princess Experience for Girls at World of Disney Store

If you are at Downtown Disney in Orlando, you might stop in the World of Disney Store. The D-Tech Me Princess Experience, available until November 24, allows girls ages 3 to 12 to have a likeness of their face put on a 3D 7-inch Disney Princess figurine. Girls can choose from Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and Tiana. Might be something your daughter would love!

The cost is around $115 including shipping and the experience takes about ten minutes.

Grand Beach Orlando Offering Discounted Stay

Grand Beach Orlando, less than a ten-minute drive from Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World, has condos available for a discounted rate. Each three-bedroom condo has its own washer and dryer. Outside the condos are hammocks under palm trees, paddleboats for guest use, a children's playground, a sand volleyball court, a shuffleboard court, and two heated outdoor pools.

Select a two-night stay for $199 until October 2. A three-night stay is available for $299 until October 2 or for $399 until November 16. 12.5% tax not included.

It might seem far away to think about registering for January running, but the January Walt Disney World Marathon, Half Marathon, and Goofy Challenge are already sold out. This may have something to do with the 20th anniversary. But the Disney Fun Run 5K and runDisney Kids Races are still open!

Cruise to Disney World from Texas

Disney is coming to Texas! A Disney cruise that is. Texans will now get a chance to visit Walt Disney World Resort by leaving on a cruise from their home state. The Disney Magic cruise will be leaving from Galveston, TX. Destinations include the Bahamas and the Western Caribbean. Four-night, six-night, seven-night, eight-night, and fourteen-night cruises available.

Cruisers can book a verandah stateroom for the cost of an oceanview stateroom from October 13, 2012 to December 21, 2012.

Enter Frankenweenie Sweepstakes for Chance to Win Four-Day Disneyland Vacation

Frankenweenie doesn't hit theaters until October 5th, but you can enter the Frankenweenie Monstrous Sweepstakes now.

Wear Light Up Mickey Ear Hats at Disney in California

Get your "Glow with the Show" Mickey ears to have your own light show! The Mickey ears light up to match the beat of the music and colors of shows in Disney. The ears work with the "World of Color" show, Mad T Party, and certain parts of Cars Land. They also have a demo mode where they put on their own light show when you are not near the shows.

The "Glow with the Show" Mickey ears are available for purchase in the Disney California parks as well as the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney.

Art of Frankenweenie Exhibition Coming to Disneyland

Frankenweenie hits movie theaters October 5, 2012, but Disneyland offers The Art of Frankenweenie Exhibition beginnning September 14, 2012 until November 5, 2012 at Hollywood Land in the Disney Animation building.

Tour the art exhibit and view a sneak peak of the movie about a boy who brings his dog back to life.

If you are an annual passholder at Disneyland, register from September 5th through September 10th to preview the exhibit on Thursday, September 13th from 8pm to 12am. Attendees will get to watch an eight minute sneak peek in 4D of the Frankenweenie movie, buy movie merchandise, and have access to certain attractions in Hollywood Land.

The exhibition started in Spain and will be at Disneyland until November 5, 2012.
