What Animated Movie Has Made the Most Money?

Clue 1: It's a Disney film.

Clue 2: It's not Toy Story.

Clue 3: It's a recent movie.

Got it yet? It's Frozen! The movie is the highest grossing animated movie ever! Quite an accomplishment. I knew it was popular but honestly wouldn't have guessed it would beat out Toy Story and would have thought there would be another movie way back when like maybe The Lion King (remember how popular that was) that would have made more. The money from the movie has hit the billion mark.

And has anyone noticed that the song "Let It Go" from the movie is being played on mainstream radio stations? When's the last time that's happened?

Easter Egg Hunt at Epcot April 10-20, 2014

Spring is here! Does it feel like it? Easter is right around the corner and Epcot will be having an Easter egg hunt. So if you'll be at Disney World around Spring Break and think one sacrifice may be being away from all the Easter festivities think again. The eggs will be big though and it will be more of a scavenger hunt. Imagine having so many eggs, people would be able to collect them! Epcot would have to be peppered with eggs then! But no, guests will be able to purchase a map and set of stickers for $4.95. Put stickers on the map where the eggs are and then turn the map in to Disney Traders for a small prize!

Where to See the Disney Princesses

Especially if you have any little princesses in your house, one of your first thoughts when at Disney World might be, where do we see the Disney princesses? Aside from the character breakfasts and scheduled meet-and-greats, the theme park where you have the greatest chances of seeing the most Disney princesses is Magic Kingdom. Stand in line for Enchanted Tales with Belle and you will get to see a real, live Belle tell her story. And standing near Cinderella's castle is never a bad idea; many of the characters appear in front of the castle for celebrations throughout the day.

Will you have a Belle fan with you on your next visit to Disney World? Then, you must check out the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction in New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom theme park. When I stood in line for this attraction, the day was hot and the line was long (about an hour), but for anyone who wants to see Belle, this attraction delivers. Guests walk into The Beast's Castle and see a decorated empty room before heading into the room with the fireplace to here a live Belle tell her story! She even picks volunteers to help her.

Disney Food Truck Park Summer 2014

Did you know there are food trucks at Disney World? If you've done any of the Disney marathons, you may have seen them parked a little beyond the finish line. I tried a dish from one of them and it was in one word - delish. You may have also seen them in Downtown Disney and now a Food Truck Park, presumably in Downtown Disney, is coming this Summer. The food trucks currently in Downtown Disney move around a lot and even venture into the parks. But now will they all stay in one place? Will there be more? There is a food truck themed after Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. Could you imagine one themed after say Blizzard Beach selling delicious frozen treats, yum! Stay tuned.

Check Out Blizzard Beach Water Park

One Disney World park I have not been to yet is Blizzard Beach. Maybe it's the fact that others I have gone to Disney World with have not wanted to visit a water park or it wasn't the right time of year when visiting or the fact that Blizzard Beach is a newer Disney Park (1995), though it's not that new! But I have not been there and it looks cool - even literally it looks cool. As much snow as there's been this year, I wouldn't mind being around a little more. One of my goals for this year - get tickets for Blizzard Beach and check it out. Anyone else in?

Festival of Fantasy Parade Starts Today at Magic Kingdom

If you're in the Orlando, Florida area, I have another reason to check out Magic Kingdom. Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade starts today at the Disney World theme park.

You may just see a favorite character or two riding in a balloon similar to the one at Downtown Disney!
