UA-36047796-1 What to Do at Disney: March

March is a great time to visit Disney World. Not too hot, but not freezing cold either. Guests would likely feel comfortable in jeans in a t-shirt when visiting during the month of March, but are encouraged to check local temperatures before visiting. Also, be sure to bring some sunscreen because the sun may be shining bright.

A great theme park to visit during the month of March is Epcot. Not only does this theme park have inside rides (in case it rains), but the Flower and Garden Festival takes place during this month. Depending on what you want to see, you can buy additional tickets or simply buy a ticket to Epcot to enjoy many of the beautiful gardens and plants shaped like characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Don't forget your camera! It may also be a good idea to make reservations if there is a certain restaurant you would like to dine in at Epcot as many guests come for the Flower and Garden Festival.

While it will probably be too cool for Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot still have a lot for guests to see and do.

March 4 - Zootopia movie is out in theaters. Zootopia is a city where all kinds of animals live together, but when a bunny joins the police force, will she be tough enough? She must partner with a fox to solve a mystery.

Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot - Begins March 5th and ends May 18th. See character topiaries and beautiful gardens at Disney's Epcot theme park in Orlando

March 6 - 15 is Bike Week at Daytona Beach. Allow extra time for traffic as Daytona Beach is only an hour away from Disney World and many of these bikers will be on the roads.

Spring Forward for Amphibians Day - March 4th at Animal Kingdom

March 13, 2015 - Disney's new Cinderella movie hits U.S. theaters.
